Accessing it can be as simple as tuning into your heart while gently thinking the words ‘my sanctuary’ until you feel yourself in that peaceful and harmonious inner space.

This lunar cycle, we turn our attention to our inner sanctuary, and we discover the beautiful garden of light blossoming within.
